Things we have built, and what we can build for you.
One idea behind all of it: put the right information in front of the person looking after a building, at the moment they need it.
FiXA
An AI home-repair guide for Philadelphia-area homeowners.
- Photo-based diagnosis of home repair issues, in plain language.
- Personalized DIY guides with videos, articles and the tools you may need.
- A path to vetted contractors when a job is bigger than a weekend project.
- A contractor brief so the pro arrives prepared.
Why we built it
Home-maintenance knowledge is unevenly shared, and the cost of not knowing lands hardest on families with the least slack. FiXA makes that knowledge easier to reach, and it is where we learn what real repairs look like.
AI maintenance triage for a property-management firm
We built a white-label maintenance platform for an enterprise client in property management. The client is not named here.
Why it matters
Most maintenance spend begins with a request that was unclear, mis-prioritized or sent to the wrong person. Better triage upstream saves time everywhere downstream.
Residents report
They upload photos and describe the problem in their own words.
AI analysis
The system identifies the likely issue and classifies it, asking for more detail when it needs it.
Smart triage
Urgency is set by reasoning about the facts. Residents and managers can both change it, and the system tells the team when that happens.
Resolution
A guided self-fix for simple issues, or a clear hand-off to a technician with context attached.
What the team gets
- Fewer unnecessary service calls on issues like resets and clogs.
- Less back-and-forth before dispatch.
- Maintenance patterns by building and by asset.
- Better data for repair-or-replace decisions.
Onboarding and resident education are part of the service. Integration with a client's existing property-management software is scoped with them.

Sample reporting view with illustrative data, not results from a client.
Repair workshops with Habitat for Humanity
A customized platform for home-repair workshops, with interactive step-by-step guides that participants can follow along with in the room and revisit at home.
- Interactive step-by-step guides for the repairs a workshop covers.
- Customized to each workshop: the repairs, the tools and the materials on the table.
- Built for the room: simple enough to use on a phone with work gloves nearby.
Why workshops
Repair knowledge spreads fastest when people practice it together. A workshop plus a guide they can keep means the skill goes home with them.
What we build on request
If your problem is not one of the above, we can build something for it.
Information retrieval systems
Organize and surface answers from building specs, maintenance records and technical documents.
Matching platforms
Connect homeowners to contractors, brands to the people using their products, communities to resources.
Communication tools
AI-assisted interfaces for coordination between managers, residents, vendors and manufacturers.
Visual diagnostics
Computer-vision tools that look at photos of building conditions and flag the likely issue.
Interactive guides
Step-by-step walkthroughs for workshops, training and field work.
Dashboards
Reporting on maintenance trends, costs and asset health across a portfolio.
