An AI home-repair guide for Philadelphia-area homeowners: photo-based diagnosis, DIY guidance, and a brief that helps a contractor arrive prepared.

Schola Chioma Eburuoh
Schola was born into her family's residential real estate brokerage, where she saw how hard homeownership can be for minority and underserved communities. After 7+ years volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, she has seen how home maintenance knowledge decides whether families build wealth or lose it.
Sophia G. Cabral Casino
Sophia has a background in robotics for architecture, engineering and construction, and researches computer vision and AI. She has built several digital tools for the building and construction industry and cares about helping people understand the spaces around them.
